I smoke and I usually chew regular gum after so that the people at my gym won't be offended. I've lost two teeth from the sugar of the gum. Now that I use xylitol I don't have to worry about my gums or my teeth rotten

CHERRY BERRY Xylitol Dental Gum
I have the mint, cinnamon and fruit flavors, and they are great. They stay soft and last a long time. The cherry berry on the other hand does taste good, but only lasts a moment and then gets a little hard. This is my least favorite of the flavors. It’s probably a better Mint than a gum.
Having Zellies mints and gum on hand is just part of my lifestyle.
